Enlistment is open for the Campaign. Please state if you're interested in participating as OPCO,
Operational Commanding Officer (Corps or Divisional Commander) or as a
TACCO, Tactical Commanding Officer (Brigade Commander).
If your main interest is playing Combat Mission Battles, then commanding a brigade
as a TACCO (approx. 3 battalions) would be your choice.
As a TACCO you will be expected to play one CM battle per STRATturn,
either real time or WEGO, against live opponents.
The SRATturns are 7 weeks in total, 4 of those weeks will be for the TACBATs.
The campaign consists of 12 STRATturns all in all.
As an OPCO you will have the responsibilty for a number of subordinate
TACCOs (approx. 3-9), which you will supply orders to and assign close
air support and artillery assets. It will also be your job to direct special operations.
The battles connected to the special operations will be fought by your TACCOs.
If you're in to the operational art of warfare, this would be your
choice of role.
Please state which side -BLUFOR or REDFOR - you would like to join.
You may also state any preferences of branch - USA Stryker, USA Heavy
Infantry, USMC, SOF, Syrian Republican Guard, Syrian irregulars etc...
NB; it is possible to sign upp as both OPCO and TACCO.
Please be informed, the MC is still in development. It will not start before the NATO module for CMSF is realeased.
